Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client a premier provider of exceptional outdoor living solutions who is looking to hire a skilled Production Manager with extensive experience in aluminium manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production operations ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.Plan schedule and manage production activities to meet targets and project timelines.Monitor and optimize production flow identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.Coordinate procurement activities to ensure availability of raw materials and resources.Manage end-to-end aluminium manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality efficiency and cost control.Lead and supervise production teams ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement and installation.Prepare production reports, maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of proven experience in production management within the UAE.Strong background in aluminium manufacturing is mandatory.Excellent knowledge of production planning, materials management and workflow optimization.Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.BenefitsAttractive Salary Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
