ResponsibilitiesManage daily production and staff on air conditioning indoor/outdoor unit assembly lines.Coordinate and resolve line abnormalities, monitor production progress, and achieve daily output targets.Train new employees on standardized operations.Implement 5S management and basic process improvements.Requirements2+ years of air conditioning production line management experience.Familiar with household air conditioning assembly processes.With good lauguage of English and Urdu.
