Process Management: Keep everyone aligned and everything on track.About the RoleAs a Production Coordinator in Event Production you will support the planning and execution of event production activities from pre-production through to onsite delivery and wrap-up. You will be the operational glue that ensures timelines are met resources are allocated and everyone has what they need to succeed.What Youll DoProduction Support: Assist Production Managers with timelines crew schedules and deliverables.Logistics Coordination: Manage bookings permits equipment orders and transportation.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records production schedules and progress reports.Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery.On-Site Assistance: Provide hands-on support during event builds rehearsals and live days.Post-Event Closeout: Assist with debriefs inventory tracking and reconciliation reports.About You Organized & Reliable You stay on top of tasks and always know whats next.
