Job DescriptionTheProduct & Service Communications Manageris responsible for crafting and leading communication strategies that support the design, launch, and evolution of new products and services. This role ensures that messaging is aligned across departments, well-documented, and clearly communicated to both internal and external audiences. It’s a collaborative position that blends creativity with structure, combining storytelling with strategic planning.Key ResponsibilitiesMessaging Strategy:Define and lead communication plans for new products and service enhancementsContent Development:Draft messaging frameworks, internal briefings, talking points, FAQs, and leadership updatesCross-Team Alignment:Collaborate with design, product, service delivery, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and timely messagingLaunch Support:Develop communication materials to support product/service rollouts across the businessBrand Voice:Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s tone, messaging standards, and overall values.Executive Support:Prepare executive messaging and presentation content for senior leadershipSkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ArabicStrong understanding of customer experience, product design, and service innovationAbility to simplify complex product details into engaging, clear messagingSkilled in Power Point, CMS platforms, and tools like Adobe SuiteHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working across teams and departmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related fieldMaster’s degree is a plusMinimum 10 years of experience in product or brand communications, ideally in aviation, customer experience, or hospitality industriesPreference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar with a valid QIDJob ID: 14072516-114 VG
