Job DescriptionDevelop and implement sales strategies/incentive plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and tactics.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.Identify and pursue new merchant opportunities within the local market.Maintain strong relationships with key merchants and partners.Negotiate competitive pricing based on merchant volumes and profitability.Manage customer service for merchants, ensuring timely and effective services.Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and external regulations related to merchant acquiring activities.Maintain confidentiality of commercially sensitive information.Enforce company rules, guidelines, and SLAs related to payments, settlements, and merchant eligibility criteria.Monitor and report on sales activities and performance against targets.Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely deal closure.Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT departments for seamless service delivery and compliance.SkillsProven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or similar role.
