<div><h3>Job Title</h3><p>Product Manager</p><h3>Job Scope</h3><p>The Product Manager is accountable for driving sales of assigned products through a well-defined strategy and developing sound partnerships with existing and potential vendors. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, maintaining vendor relations, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the Solution Teams.</p><h3>Date</h3><p>Apr 1, 2026</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Dubai, AE</p><h3>Company</h3><p>Mindware FZ-LLC</p><h3>Req ID</h3><p>2765</p><h3>Main Duties And Responsibilities</h3><h3>Technical and Operations</h3><ul><li>Define the product strategy and roadmap on the assigned product line</li><li>Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities</li><li>Work closely with the Sales Managers, in every territory, to map and develop the right channel for the product</li><li>Specify market requirements for current and future product(s) by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to potential and existing customers</li><li>Lead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s strategy</li><li>Identify potential partners for the product(s)</li><li>Provide and manage complex quotations</li><li>Ensure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system</li><li>Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities</li><li>Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives</li><li>Ensure the highest level of support and engagement with partners and respond in a timely manner with appropriate resources in order to meet customers’ needs</li><li>Help build a solid customer database and increase the number of customers</li><li>Maintain and increase sales for the entire product line to generate long term revenue and profitability</li><li>Promote the product(s) and the company within the region</li></ul><h3>Position Requirements</h3><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales&Marketing, Engineering or any other related field.</p><h3>Experience</h3><p>Strong experience with enterprise Linux distributions such as SUSE, Red Hat, or equivalent, along with hands‑on exposure to Kubernetes environments and multi‑cloud environments management.</p><p>7–10 years of professional experience in the UAE, with solid regional exposure across the Gulf.</p><p>Mandatory background in the IT/distribution industry, with proven knowledge of channel models, partners, and regional ecosystems.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
