Job Description
A fast-growing, multi-division business group based in Dubai is seeking an experiencedProduct manager,with a strong background in sellingF&B Segment in UAE.Product Manager must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of F&B brands/products in the UAE market. The role will focus on product lifecycle management, market positioning, pricing, launches, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and principals.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are like the CEO for the entire product range.You own end to end full ownership of the product from A- ZYou hold full responsibility for end-to-end P&L ownership.Develop and execute product strategies aligned with brand, category, and business objectivesManage product portfolios across flavors, formats, pack sizes, and price pointsIdentify gaps and opportunities based on consumer trends, seasonality, and competitive analysisResponsible for placement of product arrangement in retail, HORECA and aggregate channels.Defines product strategy aligned with company objectives (revenue, growth, retention).Translates market and customer needs into clear product requirements.Owns the product roadmap—prioritization is their single biggest lever.Aligns stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership.Measures success using KPIs (usage, conversion, churn, LTV, NPS).New Product Development (NPD)Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to commercializationCollaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations on formulations, packaging, and shelf lifePrepare business cases including costings, pricing, margins, and volume projectionsConduct product trials, sensory testing, and consumer researchOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle from onboarding, launch, growth, and optimization.Develop and execute product strategies aligned with our Group’s brand-building and distribution objectives.Manage product assortments, SKUs, pricing architecture, and margin optimization.Act as the key liaison between international principals/brands and internal teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
