Product Designer (UAEN)

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Product Designer to play a key role in shaping innovative, next-generation digital products. This is a hands‑on position where you will work across the full design lifecycle, helping translate complex technologies into intuitive, user‑friendly experiences.You will act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that design decisions align with both user needs and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own the end‑to‑end design process for core digital products, from concept to deliveryCreate wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiencesCollaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence product strategy and feature prioritizationCommunicate design concepts clearly and align cross‑functional stakeholders on vision and executionFacilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to solve complex design challengesConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve productsAdvocate for user‑centered design principles and ensure the voice of the user is represented in all decisionsWork closely with development teams to ensure high‑quality implementation of designsContribute to and elevate the organization’s design standards, processes, and cultureStay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI)Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design of digital products or software applicationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as FigmaStrong understanding of user‑centered design principles and product thinkingExperience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in fast‑paced environments and manage ambiguity with confidenceProven ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in tech companies, including startups or high‑growth environmentsExposure to AI‑powered products, enterprise platforms, or data‑driven applicationsStrong interest in prototyping and experimenting with new ideasBasic technical understanding of front‑end development conceptsWork LocationAbu Dhabi#J-18808-Ljbffr
