Role Objective: Design and develop software applications as per requirements and facilitate project delivery on time.ResponsibilitiesSoftware application development using required development tools/platforms as per the specializations agreed on.Involve in all stages of the SDLC process as needed (requirement gathering, documentation, development, testing, training, deployment, support, etc.).Submit daily/weekly/monthly progress updates as requested.Attend meetings with customers.Collaborate effectively with the team and manager for successful completion of assigned tasks.Lean and implement the latest technologies and standards as needed.Maintain strict confidentiality.Help and train other team members.Prepare and maintain required documents and reports related to the work.Perform additional responsibilities that may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.Key InteractionsInternal and External: SSD and other department teams and Customers.Key Performance IndicatorsTasks assigned completed on time.Almost zero issues in the developed software and hence fewer iterations.Contributions in related tasks (QA, Implementation and Support Documentation).New tools/ideas/modules implemented.Requirements5 years relevant experience in software development.Interested candidates should contact Judy Mark.#J-18808-Ljbffr
