Our clientis a full-service marketing and communications partner delivering a 360º synthesis of Traditional Advertising, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing & Events, Visual Merchandising & Fabrication, and Retail Promoter Solutions.They areexpanding their production and fabrication operations and seeking a Procurement Executive with experience in sourcing materials for advertising, signage, and fit-out projects.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating supplier contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production and client projects.This role is ideal for someone who understands the UAE supplier market and can manage procurement efficiently under tight campaign timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSource materials for signage, printing, fabrication, and advertising projectsIdentify and evaluate new suppliers for cost, quality, and reliabilityNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedulesPrepare and manage purchase orders in line with company policiesCoordinate with project, production, and accounts teamsMonitor inventory levels and avoid shortagesTrack shipments and ensure on-time deliveriesMaintain supplier database and procurement documentationEnsure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulationsCandidate Profile2–5 years of procurement experience (Advertising / Signage / Fit-out industry preferred)Strong knowledge of UAE supplier networkExperience sourcing materials such as wood, acrylic, vinyl, flex, metal, lighting components, etc.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systemsStrong negotiation and cost-analysis skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
