You will be responsible for managing<b>end‑to‑end procurement</b>across indirect and technical categories, ensuring high‑quality sourcing, robust contractual agreements, supplier performance excellence, and commercial optimisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling critical operational and technical functions by securing essential equipment, services, and solutions in a timely and cost‑effective manner.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Strategic Sourcing&Category Management</h3><ul><li>Lead strategic, end‑to‑end sourcing activities across indirect and technical procurement categories.</li><li>Consolidate requirements across multiple business units to drive efficiency, cost optimisation, and spend visibility.</li><li>Develop sourcing strategies aligned with organisational objectives and project priorities.</li></ul><h3>Contracting&Negotiation</h3><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, service contracts, and equipment‑related agreements.</li><li>Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring renewals, compliance, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Facilitate alignment among internal stakeholders during negotiation and award decisions.</li></ul><h3>Supplier Management&Performance</h3><ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, technical capabilities, and reliability.</li><li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent value delivery.</li><li>Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, and contractual commitments, implementing improvement actions where needed.</li></ul><h3>Governance, Compliance&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal governance frameworks, policies, and relevant regulations.</li><li>Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and market intelligence updates for management.</li><li>Uphold high ethical standards and promote best practices in procurement processes.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of procurement experience with strong expertise in at least one of the following:</li><li>IT procurement (software, infrastructure, licensing, specialized hardware)</li><li>Professional&consultancy services procurement</li><li>CapEx, equipment, and indirect categories</li><li>Proven track record in<b>complex contract negotiations</b>, supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and the ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Professional certifications such as<b>CIPS or CPSM</b>are strongly preferred.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast‑moving environments.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.</li><li>High level of accountability, integrity, and ownership.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
