We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in marine procurement and a strong understanding of the industry.Responsibilities:Sourcing and Supplier Management:Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships with them.Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Purchase Order Processing:Prepare purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments.Verify specifications, quantities, and pricing.Coordinate with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve any issues.Cost Control and Budgeting:Monitor procurement costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.Assist in budget planning and adherence.Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and product availability.Analyze supplier proposals and recommend the best options.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree or diploma in a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Purchasing/Procurement department.Skills and Attributes:Excellent negotiation skills.Attention to detail.Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Compensation:Salary: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 per month (based on experience)We are looking forward to youor application.
