Procurement Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Procurement Manager to join our client’s team in the luxury building materials industry in Abu Dhabi UAE. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a solid background in marble, stone or construction procurement capable of managing global supplier relationships and ensuring seamless material sourcing for high‑end projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies for marble and stone materials aligned with project timelines and budget.Source premium quality stone materials from international markets, especially China, Greece, Spain and Turkey.Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, pricing and delivery schedules.Evaluate supplier performance, quality standards and compliance with specifications.Collaborate closely with design estimation and project management teams to understand material requirements.Stay updated with industry trends, pricing movements and new product offerings in the marble and stone market.RequirementsProven experience in procurement within the marble, stone or construction industry.Familiarity with international stone brands and suppliers, particularly from China, Greece, Spain and Turkey.Strong negotiation, vendor evaluation and supplier management skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.BenefitsAttractive salary and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
