Procurement Executive

<div><h3>Procurement Execution</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end procurement operations: vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase orders, order tracking.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement audit standards.</li><li>Review and validate purchase requisitions and ensure timely execution.</li></ul><h3>Supplier Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain and enhance relationships with key suppliers.</li><li>Lead vendor registrations, price negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier onboarding.</li><li>Manage and resolve NCRs (non-conformance reports) effectively.</li><li>Conduct supplier performance reviews and appraisals.</li></ul><h3>Planning&Strategy</h3><ul><li>Work closely with BDMs to support strategic sourcing initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to demand and supply planning by analyzing historical data, inventory levels, forecasts, and market insights.</li><li>Conduct quarterly inventory evaluations and suggest reorder points (min/max).</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Coordination</h3><ul><li>Coordinate effectively with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development teams.</li><li>Act as focal point for back-to-back order execution (excluding base oil).</li><li>Align procurement activities with business requirements to avoid under/over-stocking.</li></ul><h3>Data&Compliance</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate procurement records: supplier activity, purchase history, pricing logs, and trackers.</li><li>Evaluate procurement trends, payment status, and supplier performance.</li><li>Support preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
