This role is essential in supporting smooth supply chain operations maintaining accurate records and contributing to the organizations operational efficiency and cost management.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential suppliers and vendorsCompare and evaluate supplier offers based on price quality and delivery termsNegotiate contracts pricing and terms of agreementTrack orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryReview and assess the quality of purchased productsMaintain accurate records of purchases vendors invoices and delivery schedulesMonitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for timely replenishmentPrepare and analyze purchase reports and cost analysis dataEnter order details into internal procurement databasesAttend trade shows and industry events to stay informed on market trends and supplier optionsRequirements:13 years of proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar procurement roleHandson experience with food and beverage purchasing (mandatory)Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and supply chain proceduresSolid analytical skills and the ability to prepare financial and cost analysis reportsStrong negotiation communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement softwareBachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration or a related fieldIf youre a detailoriented professional with a strong grasp of procurement processes and a passion for delivering value through strategic sourcing wed love to hear from you.
