Job Description

OverviewThe Process Improvement Manager is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements across operations to drive efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost optimization. The role focuses on standardizing processes, reducing waste, improving productivity, and ensuring sustainable adoption of best practices across all operational sites.Process Auditing & ComplianceConduct regular audits of operational processes (inbound, outbound, stock control, maintenance, etc.) to verify adherence to SOPsIdentify deviations, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend corrective/preventive actionsProvide audit reports with actionable insights and follow up on remediation plansEnsure alignment of processes with quality, safety, and regulatory requirementsProcess Assessment & AnalysisConduct end-to-end reviews of operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecksUse Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to evaluate processes and recommend improvementsBenchmark operational practices across regions to highlight improvement opportunitiesProcess Improvement & OptimizationLead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across inbound, put-away, picking outbound, inventory control, store setup, and support functionsConduct time & motion studies, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesDesign and implement standardized, scalable processes aligned with operational growthDrive continuous improvement culture using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologiesChange Management & Capability BuildingSupport rollout of new processes through structured change managementPartner with Training & Development to ensure effective knowledge transferDrive adoption and sustainability of improvements across regions and sitesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related fieldMaster's degree is a plusMinimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or continuous improvement rolesProven experience in fast-paced operations (retail, logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, or Q-commerce preferred)Hands-on experience leading cross-functional improvement projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
