Overview COFE APP is currently seeking a Public Relations Officer to oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly. Responsibilities Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government. Should have excellent working knowledge on Visa processing, Mainland and Free zone Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration and other government services centers. Support with Visa visas, MOFA attestations, Trade License Renewals, and other government transactions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation. Qualifications Must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures Must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team. Good communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and government authorities. Must be able to work on tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position UAE Driving license is mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
