Private Banker

We are seeking an experienced Private Banker to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the region, delivering tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. We provide a comprehensive international wealth management service, including wealth planning, investment management, and private banking, to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses across the globe.Our culture is built around our core values – the 6Cs: Collaboration, Curiosity, Courage, Client Impact, Can-Do Attitude, and Completeness – which guide everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of private clients based in the UAE and wider Middle East.Deliver bespoke financial advice across banking, investments, wealth planning, and credit solutions.Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and attending relevant industry events in the region.Conduct regular client reviews and lending renewals, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs and enhance the overall client experience.Maintain a strong understanding of regional and international regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance.Travel within the region as required to maintain and grow client relationships.Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.Skills & ExperienceProven track record in private banking or wealth management, ideally within the UAE or GCC markets.Strong understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planning strategies.Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering holistic financial advice.Familiarity with international and regional regulatory frameworks, including DFSA or ADGM regulations.Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development.Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools.Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.QualificationsProactive and self-motivated with strong decision-making skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.High attention to detail and analytical thinking.Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
