The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing all accounts receivable functions such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, recording payments, and managing cash applications. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring accounts to ensure accurate billing, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely collection and resolution of discrepancies.QualificationsStrong accounting skills, including accounts receivable management, reconciliations, and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other financial toolsExcellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectivelyCritical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teamsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industryKnowledge of UAE financial regulations and accounting practices is highly desirableProfessional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
