Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAs part of the KSA sales team the primary role is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be followed to ensure continuity of standards across the KSA.Additional duties include:Providing latest market information to the supervisor to develop sales opportunities.Attending training courses to improve professionalism and customer service.Completing a daily debriefing with the supervisor.Principal accountabilities:Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers; sales measured against previously agreed targets.Maintain stales below the agreed target provided by the supervisor.Deliver customer service approved by the supervisor; adhere to call frequencies and daily route plans.Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, report defects or damage early.Supply ready‑to‑ship customer orders on time and maintain individual customer stock levels.Implement agreed in‑store merchandising; coordinate with supervisor and merchandiser as needed.Advise supervisor of relevant competitor activity.Perform daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash, and credit sales.Maintain neat grooming, presentability, high driving standards, and obey driving regulations.Meet key performance indicators; performance failures may lead to disciplinary action.QualificationsDiploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account building.Strong communication, negotiation, conflict management, and sales planning skills.Basic accounting skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
