Poultry Defeathering Machine Operator - Growth & Benefits

BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Machine Operator (Defeathering) to operate and maintain equipment that removes feathers from poultry after the scalding process. This position ensures proper function of defeathering machines to maintain production efficiency product quality and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform quality checks to ensure birds are properly slaughtered/defeathered and meet company standards.Ensure routine cleaning and sanitation of the slaughtering scalding and defeathering equipments throughout operations to meet hygiene regulations.Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine breakdowns.Report mechanical issues to the maintenance and production manager for repairs.Follow strict biosecurity and food safety procedures.Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP USDA GMP).Follow all workplace safety protocols including proper use of PPE.Maintain accurate records of maintenance data including downtime and machine performance.Assist in training new workers on proper machine operation and safety guidelines.Coordinate with team to monitor for defects and report any irregularities to the quality control team.Work closely with quality assurance personnel to ensure product consistency.Coordinate with process team to monitor waste levels and work to minimize product loss.Requirements Minimum 5 years as Machine Operator in Poultry Processing PlantMinimum 2 Years in Maintenance Department in Multinational CompaniesDiploma or High School qualification.Proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking)Benefits Salary plus Benefits.Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.Career growth and development opportunities.Dynamic and professional work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
