About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Portal Specialist to take full ownership of our property listings and portal performance. This role is for someone who is structured, analytical, and comfortable with routine but also proactive and self-driven. You will manage portals, data, listings, and performance, working closely with marketing and leadership, without micromanagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portalsHandle Madhmoun submissions and approvalsUpload and maintain properties on the company websiteMaintain structured databases and summary tablesAnalyze portal performance: leads, ranking, visibility, conversionPrepare clear analytics and performance reportsCoordinate with the marketing team on property brochuresEnsure consistency of pricing, visuals, and descriptions across all platformsMonitor competitors and market trends on portalsQualifications and SkillsMinimum 2 years of UAE real estate experienceProven experience managing real estate portalsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailConfident with Excel / Google SheetsComfortable with repetitive and routine tasksHigh level of self-awareness and personal responsibilityAbility to work independently without constant supervisionOrganized, reliable, and process-drivenDesire to grow professionally and improve systemsWhy Join I Buy Real Estate?I Buy Real Estate is a boutique real estate advisory firm in Abu Dhabi specializing in high-value investment properties across the UAE.
