Hotel: Dubai The Palm (DXBDP), Plot number PJCRC08_200As Plumber, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.Repair and maintain plumbing, replace defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and opening clogged drains.Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring.Carry out maintenance of structural metal fixtures of buildings as per the scheduled maintenance program and preventive maintenance program.Keeps record of assignments and produce detailed work reports.Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.QualificationsTo execute the position of Plumber, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting.Technical skills include conducting inspections, audits and investigations.
