Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and timelines using project management tools.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Monitor resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and timelines.Perform risk analysis and provide solutions to minimize project risks.Collaborate with the construction team to adjust schedules and plans as needed.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 4 years in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and resource management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
