PIPING LINE CHECKER

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeReview piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and material specifications for proper installation guidance.Perform line checking to confirm proper routing, fit-up, support installation, and compliance with design.Ensure all piping systems are flushed, pressure tested, and cleaned as per project specifications.Verify pipe sizes, materials, supports, and alignment before hydrostatic and pneumatic testing.Identify and document any discrepancies or non-conformances found during inspections.Coordinate with construction teams, quality control, and engineering for resolution of issues.Ensure safety standards are maintained during all checking and inspection activities.Prepare punch lists and follow up on outstanding items for clearance and completion.Support turnover and handover processes by ensuring all piping systems are checked, approved, and documentedRequirementsQualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.5+ years of experience in piping inspection or line checking roles in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.) and piping construction practices.Strong understanding of P&IDs, isometric drawings, and material specifications.Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.Preferred SkillsExperience in EPC projects, especially with Samsung C&T or similar contractors.Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation.Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
