BIM- Mechanical Engineer

Salary: Based on ExperienceAzdah Contracting is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience in Revit to join our team in Riyadh or in Doha.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, you will work closely with the BIM Project Manager and the BIM Coordinator to perform the following tasks:Develop Mechanical BIM models including foundation, slabs, beams, trusses, columns, walls and stairs to high Level of Development (LOD).Generate clash detection between Mechanical and other BIM models.Log and communicate uncoordinated clashes to the BIM ManagerSolve the clashes and update the BIM models to get coordinated and zero clash models.Create detailed shop drawings from Mechanical BIM models, including Bard Bending Schedules.Create as built drawings based on input from the field and the BIM coordinator.Prepare and present weekly progress reports.Generate Mechanical BOQs as needed.QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience Mechanical Detailing, Shop Drawings, Etc.Experience with Revit, AutoCAD is a MUST.Familiarity with Revit Mechanical FamiliesGood communication skills and leadership skillsBe a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skillsAbout Azdah:Founded in 2002 under Saudi Arabia’s General Investment Authority “SAGIA”.
