The environment is calm, professional, and purpose-led—ideal for instructors who want to be part of something more than just a class schedule.</p><h3><b>The Role</b></h3><p>We are seeking a Full-Time Pilates&Yoga Instructor to deliver exceptional group class experiences while contributing to the wider community and growth of the business.</p><h3><b>This role is approximately:</b></h3><ul><li>80% coaching&class delivery</li><li>20% community, admin, member and guest support</li></ul><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Deliver high-quality group classes aligned with business standards</li><li>Teach across multiple disciplines such as Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Sculpt, and Mobility</li><li>Provide safe, effective programming with strong focus on technique and alignment</li><li>Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional class environment</li><li>Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to community culture</li><li>Support events, workshops, and member engagement initiatives</li><li>Assist with programming, scheduling coordination, and operations</li><li>Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality at all times</li><li>Participate in team training, meetings, and ongoing development</li></ul><h3><b>Candidate Profile</b></h3><ul><li>3+ years’ experience in group fitness or movement coaching</li><li>Strong background across multiple disciplines such as Pilates (Reformer&Mat), Yoga (Vinyasa, Power, Yin), Pilates Sculpt, Strength&Conditioning, Mobility/Stretch, and functional movement-based group classes.</li><li>Recognised Group Fitness certification (PT, Pilates/Yoga specialisations preferred)</li><li>Solid understanding of movement mechanics and safe progressions</li><li>Fluent in English (professional level) – Arabic is a plus</li><li>Ideally already in the UAE, but open to hiring internationally</li></ul><h3><b>You are:</b></h3><ul><li>Professional, reliable, and accountable</li><li>Warm, community-focused, and personable</li><li>A confident communicator with a calm presence</li><li>Team-oriented and collaborative</li><li>Passionate about wellness and continuous development</li></ul><h3><b>Package&Benefits</b></h3><ul><li>Tax-free monthly Salary: up to AED 14,000</li><li>Commission: TBC</li><li>Employment visa provided</li><li>Relocation flight (if applicable)</li><li>Paid annual leave</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Annual flight allowance</li><li>Uniform provided (t-shirt&jogging pants)</li><li>Ongoing training&development support</li></ul><h3><b>Working Schedule</b></h3><ul><li>5 days per week / 40 hours</li><li>Split shifts (morning&evening classes)</li></ul><h3><b>How to Apply</b></h3><p>If you’re a passionate instructor looking to be part of a high-quality, community-focused wellness environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
