The role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and a patient-centric approach aligned with premium clinic service standards.The ideal candidate should be experienced in clinic operations, treatment assistance, and maintaining clinical protocols as per UAE healthcare standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support & Patient CareAssist doctors during consultations and wellness treatments.Prepare patients for procedures and therapies.Monitor and record patient vital signs.Provide pre and post-treatment care instructions.Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.Treatment Room & Clinical OperationsPrepare treatment rooms prior to procedures.Ensure availability of medical supplies and consumables.Maintain proper sterilization and hygiene protocols.Support IV therapies and wellness treatments (if trained).Ensure compliance with clinic safety standards.Patient Experience & CoordinationProvide a professional and reassuring experience to patients.Address basic patient concerns and elevate when necessary.Coordinate with reception and doctors for smooth patient flow.Maintain confidentiality of patient information.Follow up on patient leads and inquiries with the team.Support patient engagement through timely communication.Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.Ensure proper documentation as per DHA standards.Support clinic audit and compliance requirements.Strong clinical and patient care skills.Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Professional and compassionate approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.Team oriented and disciplined work approach.Qualifications & ExperienceBSc Nursing or GNM qualification.DHA License or DHA Eligibility preferred.Minimum 2 years clinic or healthcare experience.Experience in wellness, aesthetic, or dermatology clinics preferred.BLS certification is an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Patient care quality standards.Accuracy of clinical documentation.Compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.Professional ExpectationsMaintain professional grooming and hygiene standards.Follow clinic protocols and DHA guidelines.Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.Support clinic quality and service standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
