We are seeking a Videographer & Content Creator to capture and produce high-quality, real-time content that reflects the magic of our brand.Please note: As this role involves working closely with young girls in a female-only experience environment, we are seeking applications from female candidates, in alignment with guest comfort, safeguarding standards, and the nature of the role.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality video content of live guest experiences in-storeFilm real-time reactions and authentic moments in a child-friendly, professional mannerDevelop creative social-media content ideas aligned with brand directionEdit engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram & TikTokApply light animation / motion-graphics when requiredCollaborate with the marketing team on campaign contentRequirementsProven experience in videography & content creation (portfolio required)Strong understanding of social-media trends and visual storytellingExcellent filming, composition & editing skillsCreative, proactive, and able to ideate independentlyComfortable working in a children-centered environmentMotion graphics / After Effects experience preferredWork EnvironmentBased between Dubai Mall and nearby head officeOn-site filming as requiredOccasional weekend or event coverageOur CultureWe provide a warm, professional, family-friendly workplace built on creativity, empathy, and respect.
