Personal Assistant / Sales & Logistics Coordinators

Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless time management and efficient logistics.Prepare and disseminate sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insightful analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.Oversee order processing, from initial receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate and manage the logistics of shipments, including customs documentation, freight forwarding, and inventory management, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Desired Candidate ProfilePossesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.Holds relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management; professional certifications are advantageous.Exhibits a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of supporting sales and logistics operations.Preference will be given to candidates with strong MS Office skills and D365 ERP experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
