Performance Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale high-impact, performance-driven digital campaigns. If you’re commercially minded, data-obsessed, and driven by measurable growth - this role is for you.You’ll be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel performance strategies across paid acquisition channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and TikTok. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads, optimizing marketing budgets, improving CPL/CPA/CAC metrics, and directly contributing to revenue growth.You’ll own the full lead lifecycle from MQL to SQL, working closely with Sales to improve conversion rates and maximize return on ad spend. Strong hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations, conversion tracking, and structured reporting dashboards is essential.We’re looking for someone with:5–8 years of performance marketing experienceProven B2B and/or B2C lead generation successStrong expertise in paid media platforms and analytics toolsExperience working with CRM systemsA KPI-driven, commercially focused mindsetStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyExperience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
