We provide easy, reliable, and fast company formation services through our network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities.Job DescriptionAs a Performance Marketing Manager at IFZA, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies across all of IFZA’s digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution and ManagementPlan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple digital platformsEnsure campaigns are aligned with business goals and growth targetsContinuously improve campaign performance through optimization of targeting, bidding, and messagingPerformance Monitoring and OptimizationMonitor performance across the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvementSupport acquisition and retention initiatives tied to core business objectivesAdjust strategies based on results and evolving prioritiesTracking and Platform OversightOversee tracking and platform setups to support accurate performance measurementEnsure consistency and reliability across campaign reporting and data sourcesReporting and Stakeholder CommunicationPrepare clear performance updates and recommendations for stakeholdersCommunicate progress, insights, and next steps in a structured and actionable mannerCross Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignmentSupport consistent messaging and coordinated campaign delivery across channelsRequirementsMinimum 6 years of performance or digital marketing experience across international marketsStrong working knowledge of paid media platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and othersExperience managing campaigns with performance focused objectivesHighly organized with strong attention to detailCommercially minded with a hands on execution approachAbility to manage campaigns end to end and improve performance over timeStrong problem solving skills and sound judgmentStrong collaboration skills are mandatoryAdditional ExperienceExperience working with CRM or email marketing programs is a plusInterest in emerging technologies within digital marketing is beneficialBenefits24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Bonus scheme (in relevant departments)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
