This role requires deep expertise in biddable media, optimization, measurement, and performance excellence, ideally within the GCC region.You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class execution, operational rigor, and consistent delivery against ambitious business KPIs.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other biddable platforms.* Own performance outcomes, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, revenue, leads, and customer acquisition targets.* Drive advanced optimization strategies including bidding enhancements, audience refinement, creative performance testing, and conversion rate improvements.* Translate client business goals into clear activation roadmaps and measurable performance frameworks.* Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.* Lead client performance conversations, presenting insights, results, and improvement plans with confidence and clarity.* Oversee forecasting accuracy, pacing controls, and budget efficiency in alignment with planning teams.* Establish rigorous QA processes and governance to ensure flawless campaign setup and execution.* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance managers and executives, ensuring technical excellence and continuous upskilling.* Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, privacy regulations, and measurement developments across GCC markets.**Requirements*** 6–8+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.* Strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools (GA4, platform dashboards, attribution tools).* Proven track record of delivering strong performance results across multiple accounts and industries.* Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.* Experience managing high-budget accounts with strong operational discipline.* Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.* Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.* GCC market experience is highly preferred.**Location:**Dubai**Brand:**Iprospect**Time Type:**Full time**Contract Type:**Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
