People Experience Associate Welcome to Your Next Adventure! The People Experience Associate is responsible for the end-to-end execution of People & Culture operations within an assigned business vertical. The role serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle, consistent policy implementation, and a positive employee experience through efficient and compliant HR practices. What You'll Get Your Hands On P&C Operations Execution - Execute day to day People & Culture operations for the assigned vertical, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage end to end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination with stakeholders; ensure all activities are completed timely and compliantly. Employee & Manager Support - Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all people related queries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure a positive employee experience. Policy Implementation & Compliance - Promote awareness and understanding of company policies within the assigned vertical, ensure correct and consistent application of policies, and elevate any deviations. Coordination with Central P&C Operations - Liaise with Central P&C Ops teams to support payroll inputs and validations, insurance processes, government related documentation and compliance, escalations and issue resolution. Employee Data & Records Management - Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, including movements, contract changes, and role updates; ensure data integrity across HR systems and documentation. Employee Relations Support - Handle first level employee relations concerns, providing guidance and resolution where appropriate; elevate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant P&C stakeholders. Process Adherence & Improvement - Ensure adherence to established P&C processes and service standards, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience. The Magic You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or operations related roles. Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HRIS platforms) is an advantage. Knowledge of labour laws in Qatar is preferred.
