Payments Operations Analyst (Fintech)

We are a fast-growing fintech company building modern financial infrastructure for digital-first customers operating across multiple markets.We’re hiring a Payments Operations Analyst to strengthen and scale our payments operations function.What You’ll OwnMonitor and reconcile ACH and card transactionsManage chargeback and dispute lifecycles end-to-endEnsure clearing and settlement accuracy across banking and scheme partnersIdentify and resolve reconciliation breaks before they create operational or financial riskMaintain strong operational and compliance standardsCollaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and ProductImprove controls, reporting, and automation as transaction volumes growSupport audits with structured, well-documented processesThis is a hands‑on operational role with real impact on financial accuracy and risk management.What We’re Looking ForLegally authorized to work in the UAEExperience at a neobank, payment service provider (PSP), acquirer, issuer, or payment processorStrong knowledge of ACH and/or card transaction lifecyclesHands‑on experience with chargebacks, disputes, settlements, and reconciliation processesProfessional fluency in English and Russian (required to support our customer base)Comfortable operating within regulated financial environmentsHow to ApplyPlease send:A short summary of your payments experienceThe payment rails and schemes you’ve worked with (ACH, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)A brief example of a reconciliation or chargeback process you’ve managed#J-18808-Ljbffr
