This role goes beyond thirdparty gateway integrationyoull create fullscale inhouse payment processing systems optimized for the unique needs of realmoney gaming platforms in India and global markets.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UPI architecture dynamic routing algorithms OCRbased reconciliation systems and realtime transaction handling. Youll play a missioncritical role in building secure scalable and regulationcompliant payment systems from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesPayment Gateway DevelopmentArchitect and develop a custom payment gateway optimized for highrisk highfrequency iGaming transactionsBuild support for UPI intent flows QRbased payments IMPS/NEFT and crypto walletsImplement dynamic routing logic to distribute transactions across bank accounts or payment nodes based on user segments limits or load balancingReconciliation & AutomationDevelop OCRbased tools to automatch UTR numbers from useruploaded screenshots with backend transaction logsBuild automated systems for tracking reconciling and reporting failed or pending transactionsDesign internal dashboards for transaction status settlement cycles and issue trackingSecurity & ComplianceImplement encryption protocols data masking and tokenization for user financial dataEnsure compliance with RBI guidelines KYC/AML rules and PCIDSS standardsMaintain audit trails and build tools for regulatory reporting across Indian jurisdictionsPerformance & ScalabilityDesign the gateway to handle realtime payments at high scale (thousands of concurrent transactions)Optimize for speed accuracy and uptime across devices and game environmentsBuild in redundancy fallback mechanisms and smart retry logic for transaction reliabilityCollaboration & DeploymentWork with game platform developers and DevOps teams to deploy the payment infrastructureCoordinate with legal/compliance teams on approval of flows and transaction governanceMaintain detailed documentation for all systems APIs and modulesRequired Skills & Experience34 years of handson development experience in highrisk payment systemsStrong programming skills in Python Java or GolangDeep knowledge of UPI infrastructure dynamic routing and banking APIsProficiency in designing realtime scalable APIs for payment processingExperience building custom OCR systems or integrating thirdparty OCR for UTR reconciliationIndepth understanding of regulatory standards: RBI PCIDSS KYC/AMLExperience managing largescale financial transactions for iGaming or betting platformsPreferred QualificationsBuilt a proprietary gateway or payment switch for an iGaming or fintech companyExperience with crypto transaction flows wallet systems or virtual account setupsFamiliarity with statespecific Indian gaming laws and how they affect transaction flowsStrong understanding of fee management chargeback handling and fraud detection algorithmsComfortable with realtime monitoring systems and scalable logging infrastructure (e.g. Prometheus Grafana)#J-18808-Ljbffr
