Our Imaging Department plays a vital role in diagnostics and treatment planning across multiple specialties.</p><h3>Role Overview:</h3><p>The Patient Imaging Assistant will support radiographers, sonographers, and radiologists in preparing patients for imaging procedures, maintaining equipment hygiene, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Assist in preparing patients for imaging procedures (e.g., X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound).</li><li>Provide reassurance and clear instructions to patients before and after scans.</li><li>Support the clinical team with patient positioning and movement when required.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment.</li><li>Manage patient flow and coordinate with reception and clinical teams.</li><li>Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold infection control standards.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical support role preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of medical imaging procedures is an advantage.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
