Our ongoing investment in premium service equipment and our team of dedicated and skilled professionals have cultivated a growing base of satisfied customers.Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC is the exclusive authorized distributor for Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.With twelve state-of-the-art showrooms and service centers across Dubai, Sharjah, and Fujairah, our expert workforce is focused on maintaining exceptional service and quality standards.What You'll DoPartsTo understand the Parts Sales Process and implement them in a consistent manner.Monitor the quality of the goods ensure that they are in good condition and suitable for use inform Parts Supervisor of any quality problems.Keep all parts catalogues, manufacturer’s lists etc, updated and tidy.Stock ControlEnsure that all paperwork, documentation and requisitions are filled correctly to allow for easy retrieval.Check that the physical stock item matches the invoice / issue voucher requisitioned by workshop or customers, delivering right first time transactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Monitor goods outward traffic completing the appropriate stock control forms, ensuring that there is no unauthorised withdrawal of stock.OperationalMaintain safe working standards and abide by working rules and standards.Complete regular counter tidying tasks, to ensure that all counter areas are clean and stock is kept organised and easy to retrieve.Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.Personal DevelopmentMaintain and develop own skills and technical knowledge through a development plan agreed with the line manager.Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.Key Performance IndicatorsItems invoiced are physically checked against stock, achieving return of parts minimum % rateTime taken from voucher raised to delivery of partSales per employeeWhy Join UsCompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and more.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A vibrant company culture that values teamwork and innovation.What you will needMiddle East Automobile experienceProven experience of achieving targets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
