As we scale operations and prepare for the future of mobility, we are seeking a visionary CEO to lead the next phase of strategic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute long-term business strategy aligned with industry trends including EV, sustainability, and digital transformation.Identify growth opportunities in both local and international markets.Operational ExcellenceOversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and aftersales.Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality.Financial StewardshipManage P&L responsibilities, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Ensure sustainable profitability and compliance with financial goals and legal requirements.Market ExpansionLead entry into new markets and product segments (e.g., EVs, connected vehicles).Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, suppliers, and technology firms.People & CultureFoster a high-performance culture driven by innovation, accountability, and excellence.Mentor and guide the leadership team; ensure succession planning.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the face of the organization to investors, regulators, partners, and media.Build and maintain relationships with key industry and government stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience (minimum 20 years) in the automotive sector, with at least 5 years in a CEO/Managing Director/COO role.Deep understanding of automotive trends: EVs, autonomous tech, digital retail, and supply chain shifts.Strong financial acumen with experience in managing complex P&L.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in the GCC market is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
