Together, our five brands reach over 123 million monthly users, making us one of the most impactful digital platforms in the market.We're looking for a Partnerships Account Manager to join our Motors team, focusing on the Car Sales segment — one of the most exciting and high-potential verticals in our business.This role is ideal for ambitious, relationship-driven sales professionals who want to own their territory, build long-term partnerships, and make a visible impact in a fast-growing market.You'll work closely with auto dealers and business owners, helping them grow their businesses through dubizzle's advertising solutions.What You'll Be DoingBuild and grow strong relationships with auto dealers and key stakeholders across your assigned regionIdentify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and lead generationSell dubizzle's value-added advertising products and subscription packages to new and existing clientsConsistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets (value & volume)Onboard and train clients to ensure they fully leverage our platformConduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to help clients improve listing visibility and resultsMonitor client account health and quality metrics, ensuring best practices and optimal platform usageProactively manage client expectations to deliver an outstanding dubizzle experienceAct as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize ROI from their listingsRequirementsWhat We're Looking For2-5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in B2B salesExperience in online or digital sales is a strong advantageStrong communication skills in English (Arabic and/or Urdu is a plus)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentConfident negotiator with a consultative sales approachStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS OfficeProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsFamiliarity with dubizzle or similar online marketplaces is an advantageBenefitsWhy joining Dubizzle Group?High-performing, collaborative sales cultureTruly multicultural environment with 70+ nationalitiesCompetitive, tax-free salaryComprehensive health insuranceAnnual air ticket allowanceEmployee discounts across multiple vendors in the UAERewards & recognition programsContinuous learning & development opportunitiesClear growth pathways within a regional tech leaderBayut & dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
