Partnership Manager – Vamp

We are looking for experienced Partnership Manager who is focused practical and have a can-do attitude. The ideal candidates will have the ability to use their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and maximize revenue generation across multi-media platforms.Motivate Media Group in partnership with Vamp the worlds leading influencer marketing platform focuses on growing its digital footprint through the amplification of its digital and social audience that currently reaches 1 million unique users.As one of the leaders in the influencer and social content space Vamps social platform connects brands with influential content creators who are passionate about their products to provide authentic lifestyle-based product placement in social media.As part of our sales team you will be responsible for targeting engaging and converting new customers. You will work closely with the sales team to drive new business qualify leads and generate opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute client campaigns ensuring timely delivery quality and budget adherence.Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing requests and providing regular updates.Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet campaign objectives and maintain seamless workflow.Monitor campaign performance analyze data and deliver insights and recommendations to clients.Identify and pursue organic sales opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.Support recruitment and retention of talent on Vamps platform in line with campaign needs.Maintain accurate records of campaign activity financials and client communications.Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters long-term client and talent relationships.Utilize company tools (e.g. Vamp platform Pipedrive Slack) to manage projects and communication.Occasionally attend events or meetings outside regular business hours.RequirementsQualifications & Experience:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in data recording interpretation and analysis.High attention to detail and quality focus.Proven problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Positive proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.Previous experience in campaign or project coordination with client management exposure.Background in media communications digital/social media event management or related fields.What does a successful candidate look like:You are an experienced account sales professional with recent sales experience.You have a strong track record in driving revenue growth through planning and target setting.Independently managing your time schedule and priorities is a strength.You love getting to know people having fun and genuinely enjoy working in a star-up environment.Required Skills:23 years minimum experience in media sales Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent customer service and time management Knowledge of UAE press and publication laws Strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Valid UAE driving license Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Customer Service,Employee Evaluation,Management Experience,Math,Employment & Labor Law,Sanitation,Leadership Experience,P&L Management,Mentoring,Supervising Experience,Restaurant Management Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
