Job Description
On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking a results-driven Cloud Business Development Manager to lead partner and alliance growth in the cloud ecosystem. This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic partnerships, executing business initiatives, and optimizing value from industry collaborations. You will leverage deep cloud expertise to identify opportunities, shape offerings, manage P&L, and build long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment.Mandatory RequirementsProven experience in technology sales leadership within Cloud Services, Partner/Alliance sales, or related leadership roles.Strategic business thinker coupled with a passion for execution.High executive maturity and senior-level communication skills.Proven sales/operations management track record of consistently holding or exceeding quota, using an indirect sales model, focused on solving enterprise client problems and taking new products/solutions to market.Experience within the cloud industry with an established network of contacts and business relationships.Ability to manage partnerships, balancing tactical trading and strategic direction while delivering Profit and Loss (P&L).Solid knowledge of cloud service technologies and hands‑on experience in winning/delivering business.Sharp business acumen with insights and understanding of competitor offerings.Ability to clarify and summarize challenges verbally and in writing to shape executive engagement.Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis, and communicate final recommendations.Forecast and report key metrics, track progress toward forecasts, drive and evaluate business growth of promotional and business opportunities.Manage product business growth by leveraging experience and knowledge to shape the business, identify opportunities, and elevate partner services to the next level.Develop and maintain an understanding of partner businesses, and work with legal teams to discuss and execute agreements.Build long-term relationships to realize and optimize value from all industry partnerships.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Data Analytics; excellent analytical skills.Strong knowledge of AI, Big Data, Machine Learning, or Blockchain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
