Job Description

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of one of the most ambitious and innovative international destination programmes ever undertaken.Based in Riyadh, this landmark global event will redefine the traditional expo experience by blending immersive cultural zones, daily activations, and AI-driven experiences. The programme will seamlessly merge world‑class hospitality with cutting‑edge technology, creating a destination designed to welcome millions of visitors from around the globe.As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial management of major construction and infrastructure packages across the programme. Working within a large multidisciplinary delivery team, you will help ensure projects are delivered in line with budget, commercial strategy, and programme objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the commercial management of construction and consultancy packages across the programmeAssist with cost planning, cost control, and budget management throughout the project lifecycleReview contractor applications for payment and support valuation processesMonitor project costs, track variations, and assist with change management proceduresSupport the preparation and evaluation of tender and procurement documentationAssist with contract administration, including managing variations and commercial correspondenceWork closely with project, commercial, and programme teams to ensure commercial alignment across delivery packagesAbout YouExperience working as a Quantity Surveyor within major construction or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of cost management, procurement, and commercial processesExperience supporting contract administration and variation managementAbility to work within complex, fast‑paced project environmentsStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsDegree qualified in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related disciplineWhy JoinThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to a globally significant programme that will showcase innovation, culture, and hospitality at an unprecedented scale while helping to deliver world‑class infrastructure and visitor experiences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
