OT Field Technician

The OT Field Technician provides hands‑on support for onsite data collection and validation of OT assets. Working closely with engineers, the technician ensures accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards at Qatar Energy facilities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct OT asset identification and field documentation.Support network and infrastructure validation activities.Assist with fiber tracing, equipment labeling, and system verification.Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols during field operations.Competences, Skills, Experience5+ years of OT field experience in Oil & Gas.Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, and basic networking troubleshooting.Capable of identifying devices, managing cable layouts, and handling rack installations.Education, Academic Qualification, CertificationsTechnical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or IT.Mandatory: Offshore certifications (BOSIET, H2S), HSE compliance credentials.Language and Other Selection CriteriaProficient in English; Arabic is a plus.High regard for safety and operational discipline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
