As an Oral Dental Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of patients’ oral health conditions to determine the need for surgical intervention.Perform surgical procedures with precision, including tooth extractions, dental implants, and soft tissue surgeries.Provide detailed pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and recovery processes.Collaborate with dentists, dental hygienists, and other specialists to create cohesive treatment strategies for patients.Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and surgical outcomes while adhering to regulatory standards.Engage in ongoing education to remain current with best practices and advancements in the field of oral surgery.Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a surgical or clinical setting.Board certification in Oral Surgery is preferred.Demonstrated surgical expertise and patient-centered approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Current dental license in the relevant state with no restrictions.Private Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
