Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with strong implementation experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configurations.The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM payroll solutions.Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field7+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM implementationsMinimum 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projectsStrong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud PayrollHands-on experience with Payroll setup and configurationsGood understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processesKnowledge of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and PayrollExperience working with technical teams for integrations and functional design mappingAbility to conduct CRP sessions, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughsExperience analyzing payroll impacts from Absence configurationsExpertise in solution design and functional testingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in both Arabic and English with strong communication skillsCandidate must be currently residing in Saudi, preferably in Riyadh with transferable Iqama.
