Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Trainer (Contract)Start Date: April 2026Location: Dubai, UAETravel: HybridDuration: 3 Months + extensionsEngagement: ContractDescription:Next Ventures is currently seeking 4–6 experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Trainers to support a major Oracle Cloud implementation in Dubai, UAE. This is an onsite contract role starting immediately, with strong potential for extension.The trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality end-user and super-user training across multiple Oracle Cloud modules, supporting business readiness and successful adoption of the new system.Candidates should have strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, including one or more of the following modules:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash Management (CM)ExpensesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver instructor-led and workshop-based Oracle Cloud Financials trainingTailor training materials to align with client finance processes and controlsDevelop training documentation, finance user guides, and learning assetsConduct end-user, super-user, and train-the-trainer sessions for finance teamsSupport Finance User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness activitiesProvide post-go-live training support to finance users where requiredWork closely with Oracle Financials functional consultants and finance stakeholdersEnsure finance users understand key processes such as period close, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and reportingRequired ExperienceStrong functional knowledge in core Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)Previous experience on full Oracle Cloud Financials implementationsExcellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills, particularly with finance teamsAbility to deliver training in an onsite, fast-paced project environmentPrior Middle East project experience is highly desirableIf you are interested please submit your CV or send it to saiyan@next-ventures.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
