Business Analyst

6-month initial contractWe are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic delivery team working on Salesforce-related development within an Agile environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented BA who thrives on stakeholder engagement, translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, and ensuring solutions are delivered in line with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate BRDs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteriaCapture both functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precisionWork closely with UX Leads, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, SMEs, and QA to refine process flows and manage dependenciesManage backlog refinement and defect prioritisation using Azure DevOpsFacilitate UAT, gather feedback, and continuously refine the product backlogValidate UX designs against documented requirements and user expectationsOversee change requests, updating BRDs and backlogs as requiredPrepare and participate in daily standups and sprint demosProvide updates on risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to stakeholdersEnsure solution quality through sanity testing and post-deployment hyper care supportSupport documentation, training materials, and final requirement sign-off/archivingCapture lessons learned and contributed to continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsProven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce development projectsStrong experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsHands‑on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and defect managementStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience collaborating across cross‑functional teams including UX, QA, Product, and EngineeringPlease apply to be contacted with further information.Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
