Job Description – Oracle Cloud Analytics SpecialistLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSaudi-based Candidates Only (Transferable Iqama Required)Immediate Joiners PreferredRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Analytics Specialist to support enterprise-wide analytics, data engineering, and AI-driven insight generation. The role combines Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Fusion Applications, BICC, and agentic AI techniques to deliver scalable reporting, intelligent automation, and modern analytics solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth, business-facing communication skills, and hands-on experience designing end-to-end data and analytics pipelines in OAC/ODI environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Analytics & ReportingDevelop, configure, and optimize Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards, data models, mobile analytics, KPIs, and enterprise reports.Ensure OAC performance optimization, dataset management, and data visualization best practices.Integrate OAC with Oracle Fusion Applications and other enterprise data sources for unified reporting.Data Integration & ELT PipelinesDesign, build, and maintain ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) pipelines, including ELT transformations, error-handling logic, dependency management, and performance tuning.Configure and manage BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connector) connections to extract data from Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM into Object Storage, Autonomous Database, or staging layers.Implement end-to-end data flows for analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights.Functional & Stakeholder EngagementAct as the functional liaison with business teams at Client and other enterprise stakeholders.Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver solution presentations.Provide continuous improvement recommendations and ensure smooth end-user adoption.AI-Driven Analytics & AutomationLeverage agentic AI techniques to enhance analytics use cases, automate insights, and optimize decision-making workflows.Integrate LLM-powered and AI-based tools into existing OAC dashboards or automation pipelines.Operational ExcellenceAdhere to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.Produce documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, data flow specifications, and support guides.Ensure analytics platform quality, stability, and high service-level performance.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – both functional and technical.Advanced expertise in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) including ELT pipelines, data transformations, performance tuning, and error-handling.Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM) including data structures and process flows.Proven experience configuring and managing BICC for Fusion data extraction.Experience building or supporting agentic AI-driven analytics solutions.Knowledge of OAC Mobile Application setup, deployment, and optimization.Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT service operations.Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, preferably with large enterprises.Excellent communication, requirement‑gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Must be able to work onsite in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama.Preferred QualificationsExperience working as a Technical Lead or Analytics SME.Familiarity with vector databases, AI automation tools, or next‑gen analytics technologies.Exposure to cloud infrastructures such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).#J-18808-Ljbffr
