MEP Engineer

Role: MEP Engineer (Civil -ADM Approval)Salary: Upto AED 10,000Experience: Minimum 4+ Years (Swimming Pool)Notice: up to 30 DaysLocation : Dubai &Abu DhabiPurpose of RoleTo execute the construction of the project in a particular discipline in accordance with contractrequirements within allocated time and budget whilst maintaining the Companys Quality and HSEsystems on site to achieve maximum customers satisfaction.Responsibilities / Tasks1. Direct supervision of project resources (Labor, materials and plant) ensuring optimum performancewithin the scheduled program and budget.2. Preparation and submission of Method statements, ITPs, Risk Assessment, QA/QC plans, etc. asrequired.3. Ensuring that all latest approved revisions drawings, material submissions, method statements,programmed of works and other necessary documents are readily available for smooth and timelyexecution of works.4. Attend project progress/technical/ co-ordination meetings with the Client, Contractor and theEngineer.5. Day to day liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers.6. Review of consolidated daily site reports submitted by Site Engineer/Supervisors/Foremen forpreparation of weekly site productivity reports and responsible to implement corrective actionsnecessary to arrest slippage.7. Monitors site progress and ensure activities conform to latest revisions of contract requirements,drawings, specifications, and method statements.8. Ensure non-conformances, if any, are closed taking timely preventive and corrective actions,necessary liaison with QA/QC and HSE Department.9. Prepare material and equipment requisitions in accordance to budget quantity, technicalspecification, quality and cost allowable.10. Ensure necessary periodical inspections with Main Contractor/consultant/ DM engineers are carriedout as agreed in Inspection and test plans.11. Reports to Management in any changes in the projects, which may result cost or time impacts on thecompany and assist in establishment of claim management strategy.12. Dealing with Municipality/ Other Local authority / JAFZA authorities regarding inspection of works atsites13. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to company and Municipality Safety policies andprocedures.14. In major projects, coordinate with the Senior Projects Engineer on the various day to dayprocedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
